MORE leg drive in the jerk.  And, (with the legs) push the weight up harder faster and higher and then step down more aggressively when you split.  Then once you hit the bottom of your split STOP, hold that position and then recover with deliberate control.

Your depth in the front squat is better, but you must go deeper (even if you have to go lighter to do it).  FYI when I squat (back or front) I start with the empty bar, even if/when I go over 500lbs.

Hey, well I am going to start dipping deeper, putting the bar closer to my neck, and splitting wide like it should be.. I will go deeper for fronts. and I always start with the bar too..no matter what type of work i did before i always start with the bar. and here a technique workout from today, my rear deltoid was killing me from a non-weightlifitng type accident i did like a month ago..

Actually when you do a jerk a short dip is better.

Be patient with yourself, it takes time.

Some of your cleans are looking a little better.  Keep your back tighter.  You are "popping" your hips up some.

Keep working on your depth in your squats until you can put your butt to your heels.

By "popping your hips" I mean that your hips rise (pop up) faster than your shoulders during part of the "pull".   Your hips and shoulders should rise together until after the bar is at least above your knees.
