Awesome lifting. I can't see the video right now due to the content filter at work but I saw it earlier :)
Training for the National Juniors in Tennessee Feb 8-10 I assume but my first thought was that a lifter of his calibre was more likely training to medal in the world juniors!
How often does the Moser camp incorporate those pulls, and what loads are used relative to the snatch and clean?

Hey Shaun,
Once a week, we will do them after a hvy snatch workout and usually will go up to what we plan on snatching at the upcoming contest on our third attempt. In this case it is 170kgs. Hope this helps.
