wider grip, have a look

I widened my grip about an inch on each side following the advice of an accomplished lifter in the club
I think it's suitable

Also, commentary on my jerk (or clean) is welcome

          Shaun, it looks like you feel very comfortable with the wider grip and it probably didn't take hardly any adjustment at all -- did it ? Long time ago I also widened my grip and it worked out real well , especially for the Clean and Jerk.

No .. I`ve never met him as i`ve never been to a Commonwealth Games  .. I seen a few of the Canadian Gang in Dominican and Thailand but they all seem to speak French, Either that or they can`t understand my "Mancunian accent"

To have train with those canadians, they speak french and english dude
