I'm not sure why youtube makes a HQ version for some videos and not others.

The YouTube HD videos are now embedded at the same size as the Youtube HQ videos so that they do not go so wide as to need horizontal scroll bars in Internet Explorer. They were already resized down enough in Firefox.

The forum gallery system has been converted to different software. The main difference is it now supports the embedding of audio and video.

Several upgrades to the auto embedding of audio and video on the forum:
1) Problem solved where some Youtube videos would not show because the feature was looking for a higher quality version that wasn't available on YT.
2) Before and now, the embed will default to the highest quality Youtube version available. However, the viewer can now chose to view the video at a lower quality level if they wish (for those with slow internet connections). There are buttons underneath the video on the right side to change quality levels (LQ, HQ, HD, etc). Just click it to change the viewing quality of the video and make the forum save a cookie to remember your viewing preferences for embeds in the future. These new features WILL now require you to have Javascript enabled in your internet browser.
3) There is a little box in the bottom right that shows you what quality level is being played (LQ, HQ, HD, etc).
4) There is a little extra effort made to retrieve and display the title of the video.
Enjoy and please let me know of any problems.

1) A new slideshow is on our home page showing the last 200 images added to the Hall of Fame. Make sure to click the full screen button to really enjoy the show and check out the rest of the Hall of Fame for more articles, profiles, pictures, and videos of the best lifters in World history.
2) The old karma system has been replaced with a new reputation system:
Features
+ Reputation sent is now based on the giver's reputation
+ Popup box activated by clicking reputation arrows in posts wherein reputation can be sent with a comment
+ Members can view their own reputation and comments by going to their profile
+ Reputation given per post, per thread, and on registration
3) Check out the user galleries in the forum gallery. It allows audio and video embeds from youtube, revver, etc, uploading of your images, audio, and video and integrates with your profile where you can manage your albums, picture comments, etc.
Thanks for your support

1) The home page gallery now includes a video album of the last 20 videos added to the Hall of Fame. If you click the gallery button, you can then chose the video album.
2) The Hall of Fame main page (not the dropdown options) now contains a gallery which has an album in it of random images generated from the roughly 4,000 in the Hall of Fame and another album showing all roughly 300 videos in the Hall of Fame randomly.
3) The Videos main page (not the dropdown options) now includes a gallery which has an album randomly playing our competition videos and another album randomly playing our featured videos that are not hosted off site on Revver or Youtube.
