The WE chat room is installed and appears to be fully functional. One really nice feature is the ability to send file attachments instantly to other people in the room but there is a bunch of stuff to play with.

Please keep it clean, everything is being logged. PM me with abuse complaints. Post any bugs or problems in this thread. And, enjoy!

If you get an error in the gallery, its most likely because your image exceeds our allowed size (800x800 MAX) or the file size limits from the server for this particular function. Unfortunately, our host won't allow me to edit the file necessary to give a proper warning instead of giving you the exceeded memory error. Just resize the image within our suggested size and all should be good and please let me know if you have any problems.

Merged threads relating to new features and bugs with them.

* Changed functionality of PM message notifications. There should now be a pop-up for all members if you get a new personal message. You can disable this feature in your profile if you don't like it.

* Added new feature allowing you to submit posts to social bookmarking sites: Del.icio.us, Digg, Furl, FaceBook, StumbleUpon (I love this one), Reddit, and BlinkList are now up, by default. The icons are at the top of each thread. The mod also includes support for a bunch for social networking sites so if you would like any particular ones added, let me know.

I played on the new chat function today.  I am impressed it is pretty sweet.  It is also good for askin quick questions and easier to talk to the other members.  That is if they get on there.  I suggest you all pop in and try it out.

New 'Buy Me A Beer' mod allows members to enter their paypal email address in their profile. Once done, a beer mug will appear in the member info area in your posts. If members click on the beer mug, they can donate money to buy you a beer through paypal.

I installed a system for the members to play chess with each other, linked from the forum menu. It allows members to challenge other members and has a live chat system for the opponents with guests and members able to watch it all. It links up to the personal message system, which can be linked to your email in your profile, to let you know when your opponent has made a move, and looks like it has a nifty leaderboard system to establish the pecking order for chess in the weightlifting community. 

Its still in Beta so please let me know if you discover bugs, and have fun with it when you aren't lifting massive weights.
