According to Google Maps... 136 miles, about 3 hrs... That's doable, I'll have to look into it...

I had heard a rumor that there was a gym in Marietta, I think it's 'Coffee's Gym' or something like that, but I haven't found out anything about it... That would be right at 2hrs from here... depending on traffic...

John Coffee is an elite level coach so that would be a great choice. I am not sure if he will coach men but I would definitely give it a try.

Another good online resource for workout programming is the Idaho Weightlifting Federation's website here.  Mike Conroy has written several good general workouts that are easy to follow.  I have gotten good results personally from his Supercompensation plan.
