There was some great local lifting today. Several of the lifters who competed have represented Canada in international meets: Miel McGerrigle, Emily Quarton, Dalas Santavy, Buck Ramsay, Nick Roberts and Sasha Amede.

I missed part of the morning's lifting so I can't comment on what transpired though I did arrive in time to capture one of Miel's lifts, posted to my youtube page.
