On average I train 0.43 times per day but I am trying to push it up to about 0.57 sessions a day
But then I'm a novice, I have to deal in fractions

Since I work at a HS as the strength coach and athletic trainer I can quite often get 2 workouts in per day, sometimes 3. I have to open the training room and weight room before school begins 2-3 times per week so I will get there at least 45 minutes early and get a good squat only workout in. Then I will sometime stay late or come in a bit early for my after school sports coverage and get another workout for #2. Occasionally I will do a 3rd workout with a team in the weight room when they are doing a body weight circuit. So on a good 6 day work week (I work Saturdays), I will get 7-9 workouts in with Wednesday as a rest day. 2 workouts are squat only, 2 are snatch emphasis and 2 are clean/jerk emphasis. The rest will be body weight or light/speed workouts.

I'm about the same as Shaun. I like Kono's advice, and do Mon, Wed, Fri. Once I reach a higher level, I'll train 5 days a week, once a day.
