'open' Benelux Championships

The Dutch Olympic Weightlifting Association (NOGB) is hosting the ‘open’ Benelux Championships 2007. The championships will be held in the Hague on the 17 of November.

I wasn't sure about what Benelux meant at first, whether it was the name of a sponsor or organization. I see it means Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg with the three countries being part of a close economic alliance

It will be interesting to see the results, thanks for the link.
