Jr. Doug Hepburn Results
« on: Oct 13, 2007, 05:56 PM »
I just got back from the Jr. Doug Hepburn. Here are my results:

Bodyweight: 54.5kg (1st of 3)

Snatch

61-good lift
65-good lift (comp PR)
67-no lift (Jr. Doug record and PR attempt)

Clean and Jerk

75-good lift
79-good lift (total 144kg PR)
81-good lift (jerk and total PR)

Notes:

The 67kg Snatch was a hair forward when I was under it. Should've took a step to save it since it was almost in the slot.
Next competition is on November 10th in White Rock for the BC Seniors.
Feel free to comment. I should have video sometime in the next 2 weeks!

Keep it up Adrian!   :)applaud

It is always fun to read individual meet results from regular contributers.

How much do you think you can clean and jerk now?  From watching your previous videos you still have a ton of potential left in you.  Keep working hard and you will continue to smash through PR after PR!

Thanks!

I could've done 85 since the 81 jerk felt easy, but I had a horrible 2nd attempt at 79 and wanted to make a attempt at a PR that I would have a shot at.
