Hello everyone,
I was approached while at the Pan Am Games about joining a website for high level amateur athletes in Canada. I thought it would be fun and motivating to keep somewhat of a video journal of my training leading into and through the Olympic qualifying period for Canadian weightlifters. I'm going to try and update it weekly with new videos/blogs about training. I'd appreciate any input (technique etc.) that anyone has. Thanks, and train hard!

Hey Buck, nice lifting! The only thing I notice is that you use a fairly narrow jerk grip by today's standards.
Since I have come back into the sport I have noticed that wider is better in most cases. Might give it a go.

Hi Buck, thanks for posting here. I'll be a regular visitor to your blog. Probably see you in 5 weeks if I am not expected at a wedding, happy training.
