OK, here's a little more refinement. It's tough for the old bones to get in the right starting position and to stay there so I worked on that. The high heels on these Do-Win shoes don't help starting but they help in the squat down position on the lifts. I try to keep my back flatter and have but my heels together to allow a deeper starting position.
