Yep, tighten the back and you'll be in good shape. You will find the bar will contact higher up if you do.

Thanks for all those who offered comments. I've been back at it now for 3 months after a 30 year layoff. In yesterday's workout I focused on the proper position at the start of the first pull. I'm not sure if I am capable of arching my back due to a possible spinal abnormality ( I think my mom called it "swayback."
Here is the link to some of those lifts. Comments appreciated!

Maybe try tightening the upper back. Pull the shoulder blades in a little.
You probably noticed, but on the last clean you had a lot of arm bend.

PETE, THEIR LOOKING GOOD ! ONE THING YOU MIGHT TRY IS , DOING PULLS OR LIFTS STANDING ON A 1 OR 2 INCH RAISED PLATFORM, OR AS DUBE TOLD ME YOU CAN USE 2 METAL 45 LB PLATES ONE FOR EACH FOOT , THIS WILL STRENGTHEN YOUR 1 ST PULL

OK, here's a little more refinement. It's tough for the old bones to get in the right starting position and to stay there so I worked on that. The high heels on these Do-Win shoes don't help starting but they help in the squat down position on the lifts. I try to keep my back flatter and have but my heels together to allow a deeper starting position. The result a PR PS with 60 Kilos....Hopefully someone is learning from my mistakes.
