The full videos are for sale by IronMind at the link listed below. Since IronMind spends money to produce these videos, they naturally do not wish to give them away for free. I will probably have a couple more of their teasers done in the next couple weeks.

Well, I have understood you, and you have one of these video?? If yes that we could make an exchange... I could give in replacements to you the table (on which it is possible to consider intensity, quantity of approaches and т.д) and the plan (for 16 weeks) which were developed five years for our combined team the former trainer of a combined team of armed forces of the USSR which were prepared many by known athletes of type Adam Saidulaev, Israil Arsamakov, Aslambk Ediev, Adam Beksultanov... One thing I really find interesting (and its why I included it in the teaser) is the footage of Boevski back squatting. It seems to contradict the commonly espoused theory that the Bulgarians do not back squat. It seems plausible that Abajiev experimented with eliminating back squats from the training program, but clearly the Bulgarians have abandoned that strategy, if they ever really did try it.

I would strongly caution against eradicating back squats from the training program of all but elite/mature athletes, and even then I would consider it a mistake.

A few years ago, a video was made showing Nikolai Peschalov doing snatch pulls, and it was pointed out by the crowd "see, Bulgarians do pulls in training". Shortly after I visited a person who has spent a lot of time visiting, talking to and hosting Bulgarians and Russians and as I was told it was just a case of somebody videotaping a rare occurrence and this then being misunderstood as something that is done regularly. Probably the same with back squats though there have been videos of Bulgarian lifters doing back squats years earlier as well. One notable example was Zlatan Vanev doing fairly heavy back squats wearing plain running shoes in the 1996 training hall tape.
