I'd suggest you continue snatching with a renewed emphasis on keeping the bar close without bouncing off your hips.
You can change your grip width wider or narrower so that the bar will hang at a different spot. You'll be less likely to hit yourself right on the tender area.

you might be , extending you hips out horizontally , instead of up and verticaly danilo,
oh yea thats hurts some times!
try moving the bar in sync with the hips , dont let your but raise up to fast
