Thank you very much Mark, I train in powerlifting, and you might know this former weightlifter whos turned to powerlifting "Delroy Mcqueen" won Commonwealth Gold in 110kg category. Im sure you do, he competed for GB, hes been helping me with powerlifting,
but when I go Bath, I might look into the weightlifting clubs! Youre a legend Mark, thanks!

Bath Uni will just be some joker of a coach though... You wanna get over to the Empire Sports club in Bristol bout 45mins from Bath ..... Train with Bradley Burrows who just broke the british snatch record @ 85kg with an easy 158kg.. A very good friend of mine who will look after you ... Other great lifters who hail from Empire are David Morgan 4th place Olympic Games 1988 and David Guest BR holder on Jerk @ 94kg with 196kg ...... The Coach Andy Sutur i think, He is one of the good guys..

Hi, basically I did apply to Bristol uni, got the grades but they again dont accept people with grades and like rejecting people for no reason!
Hence why I have to go Bath now but Bristol was my first choice mainly due to the Empire gym. I also heard Bath got a good reputation with sports as British olympic athletes train there eg sprinters, Craig Pickering, Jason Gardner, Bath rugby team, so I shouldnt be in too bad a hand.
I look forward to giving weightlifting a go at Bath, I will go to Empire as I have friends in Bristol but dont think I can make training there a permenant thing, but once in a while I will definetely go there.
