Alan, there is a lot of swing off the floor in the snatch and in both lifts, you are not getting set before initiating the pull. If you get set properly before starting, it should resolve most of the swinging issues or at least expose another underlying cause more clearly.

I heartily agree with Chris. I've come back to weightlifting recently and I had an issue with the bar drifting away from me at the start. A deliberate effort to pull and the bar up
and back
at the start of lifting appears to have helped a lot
