The Keystone State Games are coming up on Saturday, July 28th in York, PA at the York Fairgrounds. Â The weightlifting competition is open to residents of PA for $30. Â Residents of DE, MD and WV are also elligible to compete at a rate of $40. Â There is a push to improve the competition this year and East Coast Gold will run the event this year. It has been listed on the USAW website under the calendar - local events. Â One big difference this year over past years will be the addition of a warm up area with bumper plates. Â This will be a much better event than in years past.

I neglected to state in the original post that this is advertized as the Pennsylvania State Weightlifting Championships on the USAW calender of local events. Leo Totten is the meet director and contact person.
Lift hard!
