A few thoughts after watching all these videos, to edit and then just for fun.

Great lifting by lots of lifters. No offense intended for those not mentioned.

Derrick Johnson's 115kg snatch was a nice fight and a good lift. Jake Johnson was very impressive taking over the 69s. I suspect he will add 10kgs to his total by Americans. Kendrick Farris' 200kg clean and jerk for a current, if not all time, American Record was very easy and very impressive. Wittmer continues to impress with his flexibility and overall abilities. How about Vardanian?? Four current Jr American Records! I think some people have been counting him out for a while now...

My favorite lifts:

1) Cain Wilkes CJ 185kgs@105+ was one of the best fights I have ever seen in my life. This guy has a huge heart and balls of steal!!
2) James Moser snatching 160kgs@105 after missing 155 twice....WOW!!
3) Kendrick's 200kg- easy. Enough said.

Thoughts?

Some comments on what I saw on the videos. My bias is towards the lighter categories
Big respect obviously to all the lifters on the national stage

Kyle Yamauchi - I really like how he lifts, he seems pretty polished in his style, fast under, arms straight, jerk grip is very wide but to each his own
Nghiep Dinh - I admire his speed, I want some of that speed
Zach Krych - he's got an unorthodox high start, but what he does is really effective for him, and he showed a lot of toughness after the accident in lowering the bar after his first attempt. Great try at 195
James Moser - I thought his 160 snatch was the lift of the meet. Looked like he truly gave it all he had, and so well done

It works fine for me. Whats happening when you try? Maybe your connection is just slow/busy. Maybe Brightcove's servers had a hangup. I would suggest trying again.

Hi Chris
I have been looking forward to watching this for a while.  Been away and only just seen you have posted them up, now Dugg.  Thanks, I personally really enjoy and appreciate the videos you edit and try to do my bit to introduce others from my club to weightlifting.

By the way I also administrate a PHPBB2 bulletin board for my judo club.

There is an extension called UserShield which I use on my website.  It prevents anyone but the administrator from seeing unvalidated users on the memberlist, and also allows you to manage and delete unvalidated users from the memberlist.  It saved me hours when I installed it:)

Thanks. That sounds like a useful mod.

Cheers

I "dug" it.  Awesome lifting to watch.  Much appreciated, Chris.
