Hi! I won portuguese weightlifting competition. Here is video of my clean and jerk. Comments are apreciatted! (Technique is not very sharp, because I was very nervous, but I would love if you commented! Thank you!)

Hey Markus,

No worries about the English (we have some forum members that English isn't their first language). Your jerk looked good in my opinion (better than mine lol). What weight class are you in? Do you have more lift of yourself on video? Good job man!

I went to this competition (1st, very nervous) weighting 92 kgs, so 94 kgs category. I gained very much weight (end of summer was 75) but not very much strength. Next year I hope to do 160/140 :D
I have one video of snatch with 75 kgs only but dont know how to put it on youtube. Ill ask a friend to do it for me tomorrow. Cheers!
