i dont do these too often but lately ive gotten more into it, im talking about military presses!
so i warm up with some dumbell presses and move on to standing barbell military presses:
135 pounds for a few reps
155 for a few reps
165 for 1 rep
175 for 1 rep
185 for 1 rep (PR!)
