Who is this? (Picture)

I've seen him coaching both Turkish, Kazakh, Quatar and Bulgarian lifters.
Anyone know his name and can give me some info about this guy?

That's Enver Turkileri, Naim Suleymanoglu's original coach. He's currently coaching the Kazakhstan team.
