I was at the high schools and witnessed poor Adrian bite it. I could'nt believe it. What amazed me, was that the loaders just sat there and did jack to help him up.
Adrian you are a trooper bro, u got up, dusted yourself off and pulled ur 3rd attempt off easily.

Cathyl,

Love the smile at the end!  Great stuff!

I think this shows the safety of the sport also because no serious injuries are happening.  Look at youtube and you'll find several shin fractures, etc from powerlifters squating huge weights all wrapped up.  Have you seen pictures of that dude pushing out his colon on a squat?  That guy died from that I think.  God didn't intend for us to wrap ourselves all up like a mummy to perform work.  He designed the body to move in places and be stable in others.  Olympic lifting is where it is at man!

which is why raw powerlifting is much better then equipped, raw powerlifting is a great sport. different strokes for different folks paul. i think you confused real powerlifting with equipped which i dont respect as much as raw.

WARNING - Pretty horrible imagery in this link regarding the subject at hand

Sorry Paul, even though I too have a dislike of equipped powerlifting, that case was simply a gross-out photoshop...
