Eric,
When I downloaded the video it was rotated 90 degrees on its side. I took the liberty to rotate it to upright and then added the lift in slow motion. The movie above is the results.
I am not a USAW Coach (yet) and have only been lifting for 3 years so take my advice with a grain of salt.
Your form looks very solid. You stay nice and tight through the pulls with a nice arched positition. I do notice that your right leg really comes off the ground several more inches than your left one does. Not sure why. It looks to me that you jumped backwards a little bit. Usually this indicates that you are overpulling.
I hope the new video helps you out and that you get some more good advice from the forum. Thanks for posting it.

Thanks for comment Paul.
Thanks also for the video, i was wondering how to do it :)
I've noticed for right leg too. I thinks its a little thing i have to work on because pretty much all my snatch are done this way.
Wich category your in Quin ?

1)good lift

3)you never up the elbow, this movement limit the speed, an dificult the finish

Eric,
He mean't that you didn't keep your elbows up. Still a nice lift though!
