I went to the gym right after i was outside so i didnt get the camera but soon ill put a vid of me lifting.
man the squat was gut wrenching but i got it, 315 pounds/143 kg, got stuck a bit above parallel for a bit but i got it up.
i started off with 135 for 8 reps or so, 225 (5 reps), 275 (2 reps) then went for the max.
my worksets usually look like this though:
135 pounds just a warm up, maybe 8-10 reps
185 (sometimes, usually just jump tp 225) 6 reps
225 6 reps, sometimes 8
245 4-6 reps
275 2 reps
295 (sometimes) ill do single with it
