Eamonn,

I have disabled the "Flash with JS" and "Quicktime using JS" embed codes for security reasons. You were using Flash with JS so I edited your post so the video would not stop working. It now uses the Flash embed code. I made sure your affiliate code was not changed so you will still be the person paid for all the ad clicks.

Thanks

Any advice on what I should do differently next time?

I just clicked on the "grab code" option in revver and copy and pasted the HTML code here. Whst should I have done?

Eamonn,

You did nothing wrong. It was my mistake for not disallowing the JS (Javascript codes) in the first place and telling our members which embed code (of two) to chose. You chose the first code on the list- "Flash with JS". Just pick "Flash embed" instead from the drop down list of codes. You could also choose "Quicktime for Myspace", but I like the Flash embed player better and it is identical to the one you chose first.

Thanks

That is cool. I was curious at to where they train? Do they train for the most part out of their pacific islands or from a base in Australia?

They train in Samoa at a weightlifting complex with Paul Coffa, all the best lifters from the Pacific islands train there, they have some awesome lifters.

For those of you that said the warmups were more informative than the competition lifts, what did you learn from the warmups?

i just found it more interesting seeing the whole thing and what weights he starts to warm up on, is he doing powersnatches etc - that kind of thing..

its just good to see the whole picture as opposed to the final product :)
