Eamonn,

I have disabled the "Flash with JS" and "Quicktime using JS" embed codes for security reasons. You were using Flash with JS so I edited your post so the video would not stop working. It now uses the Flash embed code. I made sure your affiliate code was not changed so you will still be the person paid for all the ad clicks.

It's interesting that he power snatched and power cleaned almost everything he could during his warm-ups. All his lifts were so fast and crisp, definitely not soggy.

According to http://sports.yahoo.com/olympics/athens2004/fsm/Manuel+Minginfel/392275 he is only 4'9". Is he really that short? That's shorter than Suleymanoglu

I find the warm up video is nearly more informative than the actual competition lifts.  It was also interesting to see how a top lifters stays warm when there is a long gap between 1st and 2nd lifts.

i agree 100%. I am much more interested as a lifter myself in the preparation rather than competition lifts themselves..
