all this is so simple now

but it would have been a huge bonus if i could have seen this when i was a teenager

i never squatted correctly until i was over 50

and by several years at That!!

Mike,

Tell me about it! I started squating at age 14 but never really took it serious and correctly until about 3 years ago! I played college football and never trained the squat to the same intensity as the bench. And forget about doing the clean correctly! Man, if I could only know then what I know now...

But, it is never too late to do it correctly and enjoy the benefits! Thanks for the input.

Just FYI. If you go to your video on Revver and grab/copy the Flash embed codes and paste them in your original post, it will embed the Revver flash player inside your post.

Thanks. I think you used the Quicktime for Myspace codes. This is fine, but I prefer the Flash embed codes personally. Its your choice. I just thought you might like to experiment.
