Hi folks,
I've been training by myself. There are WL'ers in my gym but Imy work schedual conflicts with training with them most of the time. I pretty much have been going off my own routine but I'm not sure I'm doing it right. For weeks I was going over 90% in the snatch(kinda Bulgarian style..daily maxes and such). my technique just went south. not a good idea for a beginner like myself. so I opted to do 2 lighter days(80%) and 1 slightly heavier day(85-90%) but no more then 90% and only a few singles at that. I really wanna work on my form.
Like I said though, i have no coach so I devise my workouts on my own. I know it's not best way to go, but it's all I have for now. Does anyone know of any links where I could find some workouts to go off of, or at least take some ideas from. I'm not sure if I'm doing to little ,too much now.
I'm not really sure how to write up my own workout for OL. Pl'ing I'm good at, but OL is a whole nother ball game.
Thankyou,
Bob

Bob,
Try these 2 sites:
http://eteamz.active.com/idahoweightlifting/news/index.cfm?cat=205925
and
http://www.mikesgym.org
Both have good workouts of the day posted. The only drawback is the workouts are written with your strengths and weaknesses in mind. They are general in nature, but a great reference. Both sites have a lot of information on program design, etc. Both should be bookmarked in your web browser, they are that good in my opinion.
