The sounds before getting into the get set position seems a little extreme. Is there a reason for this.

Need to work on developing more acceleration in the pull.

Jumping forward slightly.

Collapsing a bit when coming out of the clean so work on keeping elbows high and back straight.

Get some more leg strength.

You are only 80kg?

Cheers,
Pete

Hi Andy,

I agree with Pete. The whole movement looks a little slow to me, from the ground through the 2nd pull. Speed under the bar looks good to me and the back looks strong throughout the pull.
Keep up the good work,
Nathaniel

Good numbers Andy. A nice increase. This is a max in the clean? How is your jerk at the moment?

Is it just me or does it look (and sound) like this video slows down from the point of your last couple of bounces to the point about where you receive the bar?

I had the same feeling as Eamonn, but in the video of the 110kg clean the same thing happened. So try to explode more toward the end of the pul and drop quickly under the bar. Use your arm to get under the bar fast.
Good lift, how much is your snatch and jerk? And how much do you front squat?
Nice work!

Got to agree with Rex.  I have listened to too much dance music in my time including that track and it seems to be at normal speed!  Therefore I think he needs to speed up the pull
