hey cathal,
I have some footage from you from the open Benelux. I will try tot post this asap. I have been trying to edit the footage, witch has proven difficult for a computer retard like me...
nice work on the snatches, watch out for the arm pull, you bend them a little. I remember you did the same when you lifted in amsterdam.

Hey Cathal,
Great work with the 85. It looks very strong and quick, i think with a few small adjustments you'll be hitting 90+ in no time!
I agree with the arms breaking a little early. Keep up the flexibility work to get a bit more comfortable in the bottom position.
Keep it up man, like I said, looking strong as usual!!
