Cathal,
From the last lifts of yours I saw, it looks like already you are staying over the bar more and getting a little deeper into the hole. So well done on that improvement. Do you have any more lifts from this training session? If so, you should post them... might get more valid feedback if there are a number of lifts to look at.
Will you be competing again before the end of this year? Is this your last year as a junior or do you have next year also?

it looks to me u can get more out of ur pull...not that ur pull is bad,but mabey u can extend it a bit more....it will help grately on catching the bar comfortly.one more thing i think is mabey work on shoulder and hip flexabilty a bit more....lookin just a slight bit stiff.........but non the less a good lift good job.(take a look at my lifts and see what u think..they are still on the first page)

I think you're pulling with your arms early and keep trying to get the bar closer on the second pull. All in all pretty respectable. You're an athlete that's for sure.
I have a friend in Dublin named Harry Leech, ever heard of him? Lifts at the Hercules Barbell Club.
Train with straps all the time for awhile. I think that will help you relax your arms. You have what you can't teach, Speed.
Train with singles also and do front squats primarily. Just guessing, but I bet this will move you along nicely.
