School meet that last all week @ lunch and nights (M-Tu-Th). Did 40kg for Sn and 60kg for CJ for the first day @ lunch.

Jeez, I haven't updated this in a long time :shock: lol. I got U15 Best Lifter at the Killerwhale Classic, posting 45kg Snatch (not maximum effort for Snatch) and 60kg Clean and Jerk (close to my best) for a 105kg total (168 Sinclair) a couple of weeks ago . I also changed my style for the Clean and Jerk to Power Jerk because of my split. I have a meet in Port Alberni in the new year on Januray 27. I haven't trained hard this week due to the weather here, but I'm going to try to get back to the usual M-Tu-Th.
