Tomorow im gonna go for Full Snatches

Some background on my snatches, i started doing snatches a couple weeks ago, my max right now is 135 pounds, i usually do full snatches on my warm ups but once it gets heavier i kind of hesitate to go down lower even though it has gotten better. but tomorow i want it to be the start of getting my form a lot better so im gonna start doing full snatches, ill see how low i can get in that position with a heavier weight thats not just a light warm up set.
any advice? :D

What has helped me get more comfortable in the bottom position is to allow the weight to push you down into the bottom position and pause before standing back up. Also full Overhead squats will help as will some lightweight drop snatches. Keeping forcing your body to get used to sinking to that bottom position. As with any new movement that you learn, your body will feel uncomfortable and your reps will be inconsistent until the body and brain feel comfortable with the position. It may take several months and several hundred to a thousand reps before you get it, but consistency will get you where you want to go.
Keep up the good work!
