Get into a competition just to see what the atmosphere at competition is like and how it differs to training. Learning how to make weight, what weights to lift for your three attempts and how to warm up so you are at your starting wait when it is your turn are all skills that can be developed so when you are lifting bigger weights you will be more comfortable with the competitive environment.
