CORRECTION OF YMCA GO HEAVY POST
«

FOR all of you who saw the go heavy post of ymca nationals, Gary Deal would have finished second in the 110 kg class in 1970 worlds had he jerked his 205kg clean{ not the suppers}, also the rapid dead lifts are done with straps building a momentum bounce by not resetting each rep, sounds better then it may or may not be, also could not be competitive in power meets because of a lifetime best 125kg bench, thank you Gary Deal
