Jerry,
The viewing problem could be Aggie engineering (meaning, I may not have dowloaded it right...) or that they're fairly big files (like, 24 and 12 MBs...)
I'm definately shooting for improved lifts in Savannah; I'm going to aim for 130/170 and see where that actually lands me. I still have to improve my position off the floor, and good, old-fashioned consistency...sometimes I look like I've got it, and sometimes I still look like a powerlifter. Sigh.
My best lifts are (all as a 105+):
FS: 247.5
BS (Olympic style, no superwraps, etc...): 305
Strict M. Press: 145 (I've never tried any higher)
P. Press: 170 (same)
Jerk: 210
CL pulls: This is a tough one, as I'm not sure it isn't really just a fast deadlift with a big shrug (and thus not a good CL pull...) 185.
Deadlift: 330
Some of this might even seem impressive if you didn't consider than my best legitimate Clean and Jerk in competition is a whopping 150! C'est la vie!
How about you? What are you shooting for? I have on good authority from my contacts in the black ops world that you're good for 132/160!

Bull,
I love your gym! But, you need a training partner(s) in there! The weights will be soooo much easier and it makes filming easier. :D
Nice lifting! Thanks for posting!!!

Chris,
Thanks...my job keeps me out of the gym until usually 1900 or later, and that makes having a partner (of which there is already a limited supply in New Mexico) more difficult. Frankly, I could use some coaching, but you work with what you have.
My wife is usually put upon to do the filming, but she's military as well and has been TDY.
HooYah!

End of year goal is the same as it's been for the past two years sadly to say: 125/145-147. I took 6 weeks off to re-group and we will see what happens. This is my last chance to get the numbers as a 35-39 as next year I'm moving up to the next age class. Hope to get better with age. By the way, you been seeing some of the results from the World Masters??? There's a 105 65-69 from Iceland who did a 144 C&J. Talk about Viking Power!!!
I will definitely be there to see your monster lifts and 300 total on Sun. and you guys have got to get with our team for dinner. OBX and ECG look out. All we need is LBH and we're bound to get thrown threw some windows. Be safe... Almost forgot, Gaurino IS coming with those magic tennis shoes. Look for him to set a National record of 160 C&J as a 105!!!!
