currently i just do pushpress/jerks with my cleans.

my coach usually has me do pushpresses and military presses 4 sets of 4 with whatever what you feel is right. He never really gives me separate jerk workouts. i just do them with my cleans. but i would say do singles ranging around 70-80%of jerk max. i would say do more reps if you have blocks
