I just returned from the last day of lifting at nationals, I have always wished our life could be like one of our favorite books where we could go back and re visit our favorite chapters, lately this has been heavy on my mind, well to day in a way I got to, I was able to sit and talk with Joe Dube, we had not seen each other sinc pan ams in 1971, many years have sliped by since John Thrush and I worked out together [35] years, its so refreshing to know good guys do finish first John, sat in the stands and talked with the last jr world record holder from usa,  coach Artie D, got to see coach Mike B, and Mike if I could bottle your enthusiasm and franchise it I could for go my other pursuits, and how inspirational to see my old friend and all around good guy coach LOU Demarco, and Walter Imahara a tireless worker for our sport at the national and masters level, as always good to see my friend coach swords who I would have moved mountains to have had as a coach, also Dennis Reno thank you for all you do for our sport, its late I am all through all done
