Video: Instructional video -- who did this?
« on: Jun 30, 2006, 07:14 PM »
I can't for the life of me remember where I obtained this video from.  It appears to be part of a larger video, and I would really like to know where I could get the other part(s).

Thanks.

Rule#1- Lift!!!

Rule#2- Lifting=life. So when lifting is good, life is good. Everything else is unnecessary details.

Looks like Chad Ikei to me although its hard to be sure because of the video quality. Its a good video. I do disagree with his statements regarding how high the elbows should be during front squats and squat cleans. The position he demonstrated looked way too low for my philosophy.

Cheers

Yes, It is Chad.  Don't know how old the video is.  He lives and works in Scottsdale, Arizona.  He is very knowledge about the lifts and in appling them to sports performance training.  I wish he coached lifters locally would could use another coach of his background helping out the youth of arizona.
