I would love to come train down there but I've got school and work to deal with so finding a day or 2 would be difficult. But thanks for the offer anyways. Do you have any video's of when you set the National records for 56 and the 62kg weightclass????? Just wanted to check those out if you had them on here some where.

Sean,

Is your coach lifting weights? Or anyone far better than you at this point? You get getter by training with people that lift more weight than you do. I don't think you can/should afford to pass this opportunity up. I wouldn't have. Come when you can, but saying you can't come at all doesn't sound right. Bring Charles or bring his program. He is an awesome lifter and coach.

I'll be lifting at the next local meet in Jacksonville on July 8th in the 56kg class, so we can talk. I think it will be a fun day.

I dunno if charles is lifting or not.......he lifts everynow and then with Sean Mcnerny in Deland, i train over here in palatka with jonathan garcia everynow and then..but for the most part i train alone.....well now that u say it i'll definately try to come.....how far is it from palatka anyways.?????......maybe i could come stay down there a few days or somethin with u who know????? .....let me know what u think......well i'm off to bed now... let me know how to get there or somethin and i'll try to make it down there......thanks

There is nothing harder than training alone, just about. I think its about a 3 hour drive from Palatka to St. Pete. It would be a long day, but you could come on a Saturday, train, and go home if you were off from work. I could probably get you somewhere to sleep for 1-3 days, pretty sure. Let me see what I can do and get back to you. Going to the Jacksonville meet?

Sounds like a plan, I just quit my job anyways. I'm gonna wait til after Nationals to find another one.(i got money in the bank so i'll be fine until then) And about the meet in Jax, when and where is that cuz i haven't heard anything about it but i'd like to go and i'm sure my friends will prolly wanna lift.
