favorite american lifter

My favorite american lifters would have to be Shelton Gilyard & Charles Paiva. Shelton is one of only 2 great lifters from my small small small country town in florida, the other is bryan jacob. Shelton is a very careing man and i know if i had to talk to him about weightlifting or anything he could help me.

Charles is my coach. He has helped me alot even tho i can only train with him barely once a month.(live in diferent towns) Hes a very laid back guy and was one of the greatest lifters our nation has ever had.


Who are some of your guys's fav. lifters from the us?

Bryan, Charles, and Shelton are great lifters and you are lucky to have such a fine coach. Give Charles my best and keep sending us video.  :D
