Video: Bar Path Analysis

I have video of myself performing a sub-max clean (70% of 1RM) taken from the side. I did a bar path analysis by tracking the bar end manually from 5 seperate key video frames onto a .bmp file. I found that I had a straight, perpendicular line. Literally, the bar varied from a perpendicular line by less than 2" anterior/posterior throughout the pulls, transition, catch (into a full squat), and front squat. I have seen several bar path illustrations in journals and even this website, but have never seen a straight line.
My questions for the forum are: Do you want a linear bar path? Will bar paths vary at different intensity levels? Should I video a max attempt and find out?

Paul, I think the 2" deviation is pretty good. I have never seen a straight vertical line either. I also think it would most likely vary from a 70% to 90+% lift.
Couldn't get your video to load, however.
