These are from last night. The band tension is increased and my form looks better than last weeks or atleast I think so. I only made it to 165lb+minis with one loop on the snatches. As for the OHS I do them from the bottom position and work up to a 300lbs attempt following 250x5 and 275x2. I don't think I was fully recovered from Fridays workout so I don't think I looked that strong or really sharp on the OHS. Too much dancing for my taste. Anyway here you go.

The miss must to got into my head a little and my form got a bit off. I found myself on my toes and having to take a step to save the lift.

Bottom Position OHS- 300lbsxmiss
My wrist rolled a bit on me and I dumped it. I feel I have ample power to do this lift and much more before the year is up.
