Topic: Name these lifters (from 70s) for GARY DEAL

I put this out there mainly for Gary Deal (as I see your name here much).
Your old teammate Joe Dube shared this photo from the 1971 Pan_am team.
( I wont tell the names - for those like me , who enjoying testing my trivial knowledge , give it a try ,,, and I or perhaps Mr. Deal himself would care to name these guys. (quite a whos, who)

LESS, I would have answered your post sooner, but have been looking through what little memorabelia I have left for correct spelling of last names to no avail, so will try to get the spelling right, first row Rick Hollbrok, Jim Benjamin, an easy one with those arms who else but Phil Grippaldi, and Russ Knipp, back row THE ONE AND ONLY WORLD CHAMP JOE DUBE, Mike Karchut, coach Morris W________ to nice  a man to misspell his last name, Gary Deal, and Bob Kemper.
