Sorry but was thinking about it at the moment I am back doing a 320lb (145kg) clean and my last max on the 6 week squat programme I am using was 175 kg. But I would stilll like to get 200kg back squat in the next few months.

Pete,
No problem. I was glad to do it, and am even more glad you pushed us to make the spreadsheet.
Remember, the formulae are for the clean and jerk, not the clean. Your back squat of 185kgs is a little closer to the average for a 145kg clean and jerk, which is 198.76. You definitely are on the extreme end of the efficiency curve. Presumably, your main emphasis should thus be on squatting, which you say it is.
