MASTERS PAN - AM QUALIFYING

can some one tell me how to qualify for  the masters pan -am  in 2006 :?:and how  do you get selected for the usa team or is it more as  individuales going on their own [/i]

Jack,

What age group and weight class are you in. I have an entry and can look up the lowest starting attempt total for you.
If I was doing any better, I would be twins!!!

Jack,

Your qualifying total is 150kg.
The lowest starting attempt total is 135kg which means that your first attempt snatch and first attempt C&J is at least equal to or greater than 135kg.

My training is going fine if I was 12 years old. But I'm mainly training for the fun of it. Hope you are doing well also. Let me know if you need any more info. The entry will probably be posted on the Master's site shortly.
