Could someone tell me what the distance apart for
1) The inner knurling marks (for a clean grip)
and
2) The outer markings (snatch grip lines)
on an eleiko bar?

Dane,
My Elieko bar purchased in about 1990 have markings as I will list.
16.5" for the middle marks & 35.375 center to center for the outer marks.
I hope this is helpful.
Are you going to El Paso for the NM in April? I plan to be there and hope to see a lot of west coast lifters there.

Bill,
Thanks for the info.
I'm planning on going to the National Masters in April. I've sent in my entry, reserved a room, and bought a plane ticket. There should be more west coast and mid west lifters attending due to the location. Doug Briggs has put in a lot of effort to make next years National Masters a great sucess. I hope that many Masters will be there. It will be a good one.
