Upcoming Masters Competitions

Does anyone know of any competitions in the Central/Eastern PA region? I am unable to lift in the Keystone State Games in PA this year due to a family reunion in CO and I want to replace the competition with something else.
Thanks in advance.

This is not a USAW sanctioned event, but if there were to be more interest in the KSG, it probably could be. I lifted last year with 6 other guys. It was a lot of fun, but I sure would like to see the numbers increase. That will happen if the word gets out about the competition. From what I understand, they competition is to be held at the York Barbell HQ next year. This venue may get more numbers but unless you look at the Keystone State Games website and look specifically for weightlifting, you would never know the competition was there. (

I will do my part in spreading the word, but I may not be able to go this year due to a family reunion in CO. But I would love to see this competition grow by numbers, quality and into a USAW event. We just need more interest by USAW members in PA.
