Here is a link to a web site of some guys who sometimes train at the gym I lift at. They train primarily for strongman and grip competitions.

They have a bunch of videos and other stuff. Some of the videos have weightlifting in them (a couple of the kids I coach are in them).

The Sott press was done at the Elmira Fitness Center in Elmira NY and the tire was done at Jim Smith's house in Sayre PA.
